HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

All appointments are booked through Booksy. Clients may click the “Book Now” button located throughout this website or use the direct Booksy link to view real-time availability and schedule an appointment instantly.

DO YOU TRAVEL TO MY LOCATION?

Yes. House call services are available throughout North County San Diego. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to confirm all house call appointments. House call services are subject to a minimum service rate of $100-$200, depending on location and the services requested.

How should I prepare my hair prior to the appointment?

Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair and without any styling products applied. Please avoid gel, wax, mousse, pomade, or similar products prior to your appointment, as clean hair allows for the best service results. If a hair wash is required due to lack of preparation, an additional charge may apply.

DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?

No. All appointments must be scheduled in advance through Booksy. This allows BWoodz Mobile Barbershop to maintain an organized schedule and provide each client with the time and attention their service requires.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Cash is preferred and always accepted. The card on file is only used in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Please come prepared to pay in cash for your appointment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM RUNNING LATE?

If you expect to arrive late, please call or text the booking number provided after your appointment is confirmed. Arrivals more than 10-15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time may result in rescheduling or a 50% fee of the scheduled service(s), at the barber’s discretion. Repeated late arrivals may require prepayment for future appointments.

DO YOU OFFER SERVICES FOR CHILDREN?

Yes. Kid’s haircut services are available for K-12 students with valid school identification. To ensure a smooth and safe experience, children must be able to sit through the service with reasonable behavior. BWoodz Mobile Barbershop reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a child cannot be safely accommodated, in order to maintain a positive and professional environment.

DO YOU OFFER SERVICES FOR ACTIVE MILITARY?

Yes. We offer discounted pricing for active military with a valid military ID.

DO YOU OFFER SERVICES FOR SENIOR CITIZENS?

Yes. We offer discounted pricing for senior citizens with a valid ID.

ARE YOU BILINGUAL?

Yes. BWoodz is bilingual - SE HABLA ESPAÑOL.

HOW DO I LEAVE A REVEIW?

Following your appointment, you may receive an automated text message with a direct link to leave a Google review. The process takes about 30-seconds to complete.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

No-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount, charged to the card on file. Clients are encouraged to provide as much notice and communication as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may result in a prepayment requirement for future bookings.

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM TEXT MESSAGES?
