How SMS Opt-In Works

We do not treat general website use, booking an appointment, submitting a form, calling us, emailing us, or agreeing to these Terms & Conditions as SMS consent.

Customers may decline SMS consent and still book an appointment, purchase services, and use our website.

Messaging Consent

Booking and Appointment Terms

Appointments may be booked through our website, online booking platform, phone, text, or other approved booking methods.

BWoodz Mobile Barbershop is not responsible for missed appointment reminders or booking updates caused by incorrect contact information, carrier issues, customer device settings, or failure to check messages.

Late Arrival and Cancellation Policy

Customers should contact BWoodz Mobile Barbershop as soon as possible if they are running late, need to reschedule, or need to cancel.

Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled depending on barber availability and the remaining schedule.

Repeated late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows may result in cancellation fees, deposit requirements, or refusal of future bookings.

House Call Services

House call services may be available depending on location and schedule availability.

The house call fee is for travel and convenience only. It does not include the cost of the haircut, beard service, design, or any other barbering service.

The base house call fee starts at $100, but pricing may vary depending on location, travel distance, schedule availability, and service requirements.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for house call appointments. This deposit secures the appointment and travel commitment.

Deposits and Payments

Deposits may be required for certain services, including house calls, special appointments, high-demand booking times, or other services at the discretion of BWoodz Mobile Barbershop.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

Kids Haircut Policy

Kids haircuts may be available for K–12 students, with valid school ID.

Children must be able to sit safely and behave reasonably during the service.

BWoodz Mobile Barbershop reserves the right to stop or refuse service if the child cannot be managed safely or if continuing the service creates a safety risk.

Military and Senior Discounts

Military and senior discounts may be available where offered.

Valid identification may be required to receive discounted pricing.

Discounts may not be combined with other promotions, special offers, or discounted services unless approved by BWoodz Mobile Barbershop.

Right to Refuse Service

BWoodz Mobile Barbershop reserves the right to refuse or stop service for any reason involving safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, harassment, threats, unsanitary conditions, intoxication, failure to follow appointment policies, or conduct that creates an unsafe or unprofessional environment.

Promotions and Offers

BWoodz Mobile Barbershop may offer promotions, discounts, and special offers from time to time.

Promotions may be limited by date, service type, location, appointment availability, or customer eligibility.

BWoodz Mobile Barbershop reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

No Guarantee of Results

BWoodz Mobile Barbershop makes reasonable efforts to provide high-quality barbering services. However, individual results may vary based on hair type, hair condition, requested style, maintenance, and other factors.

Compliance with Laws

You agree to use our website, booking forms, and communication channels in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

SMS communications are intended to comply with applicable telecommunications laws, carrier requirements, and messaging guidelines.

Changes to These Terms
