Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled depending on barber availability and the remaining schedule.
Repeated late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows may result in cancellation fees, deposit requirements, or refusal of future bookings.
House call services may be available depending on location and schedule availability.
The house call fee is for travel and convenience only. It does not include the cost of the haircut, beard service, design, or any other barbering service.
The base house call fee starts at $100, but pricing may vary depending on location, travel distance, schedule availability, and service requirements.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for house call appointments. This deposit secures the appointment and travel commitment.
Deposits may be required for certain services, including house calls, special appointments, high-demand booking times, or other services at the discretion of BWoodz Mobile Barbershop.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Kids haircuts may be available for K–12 students, with valid school ID.
Children must be able to sit safely and behave reasonably during the service.
BWoodz Mobile Barbershop reserves the right to stop or refuse service if the child cannot be managed safely or if continuing the service creates a safety risk.
Military and senior discounts may be available where offered.
Valid identification may be required to receive discounted pricing.
Discounts may not be combined with other promotions, special offers, or discounted services unless approved by BWoodz Mobile Barbershop.
BWoodz Mobile Barbershop reserves the right to refuse or stop service for any reason involving safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, harassment, threats, unsanitary conditions, intoxication, failure to follow appointment policies, or conduct that creates an unsafe or unprofessional environment.
BWoodz Mobile Barbershop may offer promotions, discounts, and special offers from time to time.
Promotions may be limited by date, service type, location, appointment availability, or customer eligibility.

BWoodz Mobile Barbershop makes reasonable efforts to provide high-quality barbering services. However, individual results may vary based on hair type, hair condition, requested style, maintenance, and other factors.
